Chris Brown To Be Charged With ROBBERY And He's Gonna Get 5 YEARS IN PRISON!!!

I hope this story is not true =(. The world already dislikes him because of what he did to Rhianna. And now that he made a comeback, this happens? Gosh.

Oh Chris, say it aint so. We love you and want you to continue MAKING GOOD MUSIC, not being locked up!

BUT 5 YEARS FOR A CELLPHONE??? That seems unfair, dont you think?

According to Media Take Out and TMZ, Chris got into trouble again. Read below:

February 24, 2012: We here at MediaTakeOut.com tried our best to WARN Chris Brown, that his behavior would get him in trouble. When we did, his fans called us "haters" and would not allow the young man to stand up and face his issues. Well, now he's about to face it.

MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a person inside the Miami-Dade office of the Florida State attorney who tells us that as early as TODAY Chris Brown will be charged with "Robbery By Sudden Snatching", a third degree "violent" felony - which carries an up to 5 year prison term.

And the snitch, who works at the office, tells us that the prosecutors were "gleeful" about getting a chance to lock Breezy up for the FULL 5 years. Tells our insider, "They're bringing out the big guns to make sure that Chris [Brown] spends time in jail."

This is a very SAD outcome. But we don't ENTIRELY blame Chris. He seems like a very TROUBLED DUDE. But too many people around him tried to IGNORE THAT FACT, and too many celeb CONVINCED HIM that he didn't need the help that he deserved.

Here's what allegedly happened:

The alleged victim, Christal Spann, 24, told officers she and some friends had followed Brown out of the club and took the photo while he was sitting in a black Bentley.

“(Brown) reached through his car window, snatched her phone from her hands, and said, ‘B--ch! You ain’t going to put that on no website!’” the report noted, based on Spann’s interview with cops.
Brown then rolled up his window and drove off with Spann’s smartphone, she told police.

Chris BrownAccused of Drive-ByPhone Robbery

Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching some girl's iPhone outside anightclub in Miami this weekend ... and driving off with it -- law enforcement tells TMZ.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ, 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday (below) for "robbery by sudden snatching" -- claiming she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning (see photo above) ... and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.

Christal told cops ... Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone-- then grabbed it through the car window, saying, "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website."

According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and drove off -- $500 iPhone in hand.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells us, no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet. We're told the incident is currently under investigation.

BTW, Chris is still on probation for the Rihanna beating and if he's arrested he could be thrown in jail on a probation violation.

Calls to Chris' reps were not returned.
